· How long have you worked in real estate?

· Where in your company do you rank?

· Do you have any references or testimonials?

· How much real estate have you sold:
- in your career?
- over the past two years?
- this year so far?

· Do you focus on one geographic area?

· Do you have an aggressive, proactive advertising and marketing program? Explain it.

· What is your average time on the market versus the multiple listing service?

· What is your average list-to-sell ratio and how does it compare to results of other agents?

· What percentage of the entire market place do you personally control?

· Do you have your own personal staff to assist you in servicing your clients? If so, what are their respective duties?

· How strong is your name recognition in this market area?

· How will you communicate with me while my home is listed and after you sell it?
